Fall Family Photoshoot in the Mountains | Waterton Lakes National Park, AB

Waterton Lakes National Park in the fall looks quite different than it did before the fire in 2017. The lack of trees can make it tricky to find those pops of colour, but I dedicate endless amounts of time scouting special locations for every time of year. The fall colours were in their prime for this lovely family photoshoot. Golden hour, fall colours and big smiles made for a very special family photoshoot. I am the type of photographer who plays with movement and mixes in the more classic ‘smiling at the camera’ images, while highlighting the natural landscape that you have travelled all this way for.
